She helps her clients make time to move their bodies and make healthy meals so that they can lose weight and build muscle. She believes all moms can create the time and energy that they need while also tending to the needs of their families and business/jobs. She is a mom of 6 who has become an expert at helping moms lose the baby weight even though they have ZERO time. She founded Rachael Jencks Fitness to help moms find time to take care of themselves so that they can lose weight, increase energy, and have more confidence in themselves so that they can do "all the things"!
