Hi Mama!

My name is Rachael and I help moms make themselves a priority so that they can FINALLY lose the baby weight!  I am a mom of 6 who spends my days homeschooling my kiddos and working from my couch (or my girls’ gymnastics center).  Pretty Cool – huh?

I do this work because I believe that ALL moms should take care of themselves no matter what the needs of their families may be.  WE ALL DESERVE IT!!  Mom should not have to come second!  Are we on the same page?

Let’s start at the beginning…Check all that apply:

Don’t worry, you are not alone…I was there too.  I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and have worked with TONS of moms who are where you are today.  I have helped them make time for themselves, increase energy, and FINALLY lose that baby weight (even if their “baby” is 15).  

My journey has not been without struggle.  I have struggled with making time and OVEREATING sugar which left my weight always on a rollercoaster and feeling guilty about what I had eaten.  I have learned a thing (or hundred) about losing weight and keeping it off without all of the struggle. 

Today I make time for a workout EVERYDAY (#noexcuses), plan meals for my family, and pack a cooler full of healthy foods for myself when we are on the go (#everyday), am bursting with energy,  and feel pretty darn good about myself.

So…now I am here to help you do the same!   

In my “past life” I was a lawyer, MBA, and CPA and ran a law practice with my hubby (he still practices law and I just do the books).  Since I gave up the law gig and have jumped back into health and fitness, I share some pretty killer workouts and meal plans,  and help moms shed the negative thoughts they have about themselves, their time,  and their energy.

When I am nor rocking my business or hanging out on Social Media, you will find me watching a gymnastic meet, triathlon, or a swim meet.  I also have an unhealthy obsession with Grey’s Anatomy and eat TONS of Ice Cream!
