Are you still struggling with finding the time for a workout?

You know that 30 minutes at home is plenty of time to get a kick a$$ workout but…you are still struggling to find the time to do it..right?

.

I hear ya! When I was just starting out on my journey I had a general plan to “just do it every day” with no specificity connected to it. This resulted a workout getting done one day and then not again for a week. My schedule was just too busy to fit it in (so I thought).

.

Then I started to schedule it. Like legit put-it-in-my-calendar-schedule it. I figured that since I didn’t NOT show up for a doctor appointment or my hair stylist…I would not skip an appointment with myself so…I put in in the calendar.

.

I also realized very quickly that if I scheduled it at the end of the day (when everything else was done) I was more likely to cancel on myself so…I started getting up in the morning before the kids got up.

.

Now, before you say, “I am not a morning person” or that you have a baby that doesn’t sleep through the night or a job that keeps you up late, I started my early morning sweat sessions when I had a 5 week old, a toddler, and a full-time job and I made it happen (and I was NOT a morning person).

.

Remember that “thought” thing that I talked about a few e-mails ago?

.

It is time to change your thought about mornings. Try something like…

.

“I love to get up early and sweat it out in the morning” or “When I get time to myself before my kids get up my whole day runs smoother”.

.

Back to the story…

.

Once I started to schedule my workouts first thing in the morning before I could talk myself out of it or the kids interrupted me, something amazing started to happen…I NEVER missed a workout. In fact, other than when REALLY sick or having REALLY bad morning sickness, I do not think I have missed one in 14 years! I now call myself a morning person – YAY!!

.

What would it look like for you to schedule your daily sweat sesh first thing in the morning? How would it change your day? Your weight? Your life?

Are you ready to get time on your side when it comes to a workout? Do want to see what an effective 30 minute (or less) workout can do for you?

.

You deserve to give yourself 30 minutes a day so that you can drop the weight, increase your energy, and grow your confidence…do you agree?
